Healthy diet and exercise project
I´m going to plan and implement a healthy diet and exercise plan for myself. First, I´m going to learn about dieting. Second, I am going to learn about exercise programs for teens. Next, I will start following the food and exercise suggestions. Last, I will encourage a friend to participate.
I chose this so I could improve my own personal health. I wanted to do this because I want to get in better shape and be more healthy. I want to do my best when I try cross country in the fall. It will also improve my softball playing skills.
As a result of this project I want to improve my health, improve my physical stamina, and make myself more successful in sports. While working on this project I will learn how to work hard and push myself to get better everyday. This all will benefit me for the rest of my life.
